Lottie has always had a passion for sports and the importance of working towards peak performance. She has competed to a high level in Squash and Hockey but generally loves anything active outdoors. She graduated from Queen Margaret’s University in 2013, within which she secured a student placement at Headley court, the defence military rehabilitation centre. After Headley Court her passion for active rehabilitation was lit. She initially worked for two years for a private Physiotherapy company which gave her a lot of experience in caseload management and put her through sports massage, osteopath and IMS dry needling courses. Lottie works from two centres: Plymouth and Tavistock.
